01 — Overview
A 240 m² house planned to balance the family’s private rooms against the guest zone.
02 — Our role
At 240 m², every metre counts. Our role was to separate the family wing from the guest zone without losing area to corridors, and to fix that idea in drawings that can be built directly.
03 — Approach
We started from the entrance point and the guest’s route and built the plan around them, so the family wing sits entirely outside the guest circulation.
04 — Outcome
Complete drawings for a 240 m² house, planned to keep private and guest zones apart.
