A multi-storey retail complex with a flowing white façade, legible entrances, street-level shopfronts and a forecourt plaza.
02 — Our role
A retail project is judged by how people move through it. We worked on the legibility of the entrances, the street-level shopfronts and the forecourt, and coordinated structure against the flowing façade, which forces non-standard solutions at edges and overhangs.
03 — Approach
We started from the visitor’s route — forecourt, entrance, vertical circulation, then the shopfront. The flowing form serves that route rather than overriding it.
04 — Outcome
A complete design for the complex, with elevations, entrances and retail planning ready for construction.
