Apartment interior, Baghdad Marina

A complete interior scheme for a residential apartment: reception, kitchen, master bedroom and two further bedrooms — warm palette, dark timber and concealed lighting.

Interior work here starts inside a fixed structural envelope: the apartment is given, and the task is to extract the best plan from it. Our interior team handled planning, lighting and finishes, with mechanical and electrical review — because concealed lighting and duct runs must be settled before the ceilings are set, not after.

We began from how the apartment is actually used: separating reception from the sleeping wing, then a warm palette and dark timber to unify the spaces, with concealed lighting detailed on a single ceiling plan so it never clashes with air-conditioning outlets.
