Water plant for Al-Diyar Al-Iraqiya

A complete water bottling plant: production halls and stores, an administration building, and staff housing with a canteen — with truck circulation planned across the site.

On industrial projects, mechanical drives the plan rather than following it. We coordinated production halls, stores, administration and staff housing, and fixed truck circulation across the site before the massing was frozen — because moving a truck route after the concrete is poured is a cost you do not recover.

The site was zoned by function — production, storage, administration, housing — truck movement was separated from staff movement, and the buildings were designed inside that plan rather than independently of it.
