Three-storey neo-classical villa — full design

A three-storey villa with a white neo-classical elevation, a colonnaded entrance and a designed boundary wall. The interior was designed throughout: a sculptural double stair under a skylight, an indoor pool, a gym, a spa and sauna, a basement reception, and two self-contained apartments within the villa, alongside the reception and dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms.

A villa at this scale is not more rooms but more systems: an indoor pool, a spa, a gym, a basement reception and two self-contained apartments inside it. Our role was to coordinate structure, mechanical and electrical against that brief from the first line, because an indoor pool and a spa impose waterproofing, ventilation and levels that cannot be added after the design.

The plan is built around the stair void: a sculptural double stair under a skylight ties the three floors together, and the reception rooms hang off it. The outdoor space was treated as another room — pool, seating and an outdoor kitchen under a pergola — rather than as leftover ground.
